Minnesota Housing Help
Hi all, I will be joining a regional office in Minnesota of an investment bank. Does anyone have any housing recommendations? I would also prefer a gym in the building or nearby it.

If working downtown - 365Nicollet, 4Marq, Nic on Fifth. All have gyms and are either skyway connected or close to the skyway. Walking distance to north loop as well (where all the restaurants and bars are)

Do you work in Minneapolis? I’m curious what it’s like working there. How are deal flow / COL / bonuses / size of transactions (I know most firms are MM but do any of them move upstream often?)?
