Mine was an even split of both, technicals were merger model and basic DCF walk thru. Also very behavioral because they’re big on cultural fit from what I’ve read.

 

Had a first round at a semi-target. Was with an MD, zero technicals. Went really well. That was 10+ days ago, waiting to hear back.

Does anyone know the exit ops from Mizuho, or possibility of lateraling? I'm interested in M&A and they don't do much of it.

hmm what if you had a first round right before the holiday season? i believe my interviewer over the phone said i should sit tight until the season is over in terms of next steps but tbh i forgot exactly what he said. this is for S&T btw
