MM vs FT Partners

Currently have a return offer with a MM coverage group (RJ/Cowen/Truist/Stifel), however looking to recruit FT elsewhere. Interested in tech, and was wondering if it’s worth it to recruit at FT Partners. Seems like they’re moderately strong in the fintech space, but was wondering if anyone had additional insight on them, and how they compare to other MMs in terms of exits, deal flow, and other factors. Thanks.

They are not "moderate" in FinTech dude. They literally dominate the space. Please do your own research and see what type of work they are doing instead of forming conclusions based on WSO posts. They get memed and ripped apart on this forum because of those obnoxious trolls hyping up FTP. Truthfully, it is a sweat shop where you will average a shit load of hours and work everyday during your analyst stint. However your work will be 100% execution and it IS the BEST place to be if you want exposure to FinTech. Also they are known to pay well, I am sure most first years will clear 240k+

None of the firms you listed are remotely comparable in my honest opinion. Maybe RJ tech, but rest are just shit.
