Modeling test from perspective of hiring team
I have an LBO modeling test coming up for a lateral interview, and I'm curious what the biggest mistakes those you on the other side of the table see from those of us interviewing.
Is it getting too complicated with it? Not having realistic assumptions?
What are your expectations of the model? How do you view it in the context of hiring the person or not?
