I took a modeling test for a BB associate lateral and made a couple of mistakes - I don’t know if the mistakes are a deal-breaker, but obviously not very ideal
Curious if any of you have screwed up a modeling test and still made it to the next round?
I have and it was fine. They're basically just making sure you understand the basics and aren't full of crap.
As long as you showed you understand the mechanics of the model, made decent assumptions etc, a few basic mistakes don't matter in my experience
