Modelling test at MM Boutique
Hello fine folk of WSO,
I have a modelling test coming up for a MM boutique and I was hoping for some advice around what to expect given the context.
The process is 90 minutes but I haven´t been given any more info on what to expect. It´s for an infrastructure M&A role.
I have good modelling experience but its my first modelling test with an IB so I´m just looking for a little insight.
In your estimation, what will reasonably be expected in 90 minutes/ how complex could it be in that time? (bear in mind that some of that 90 will be for discussion/review I imagine)
What are the key financing/modelling components involved in infrastructure M&A that I should read up on?
