What are Moelis bonuses like for associates / what is all in comp like? Is it true that there is not much deviation between the buckets? Wondering how they stack up to other EB / BB

for first year analysts top bucket was ~130k and 110k for middle bucket this year

Based on what I’ve heard, pretty sure in contrast to PJT / EVR they actually have a wider variation among buckets but top will match the other shops mentioned
Also, unclear what % is deferred (even at associate level) vs EVR, which will matter if you don’t stay
