Yeah but Moelis also has a specific group dedicated to funding secondary offerings/private placements and raising private funds (PFA?). That's what I was referring to, CM is obviously not part of the generalist pool
Moelis is an M&A / Restructuring shop. dcm ecm at a boutique with a small balance sheet etc.? not worth it. Maybe you can start there and move internally to advisory
