Moelis Case Study
Hi all!
Waiting to hear back if I got to the case study round for Moelis - was told this would be an LBO.
Does anyone have any insights on what type of LBO I can expect? Not sure if it will be relatively straightforward or a complicated one.

I don’t think there is a case study this year. Are you sure if so where did you hear so?
Definitely a case study (was told during the interview). But this isn’t for the generalist pool but rather a coverage team.
Without going into too much detail, just generally interested in what kind of LBO/DCF case studies Moelis does.

Operating Model + DCF + LBO. Have to do Pro Forma adjustments as well.
