Moelis Diversity Process

I applied to a Moelis diversity program last weekend (day before the deadline) called "Moelis Experience: A Week on Wall Street". It's similar yet different from the Young Leaders program they usually do, but I think this will kick off their SA 2022 process because this program is in early January.

The recruiter reached back out about my availability for a 30-min interview next week. I was wondering if anyone else heard back about it and what the structure of the interview will be like (i.e. is this the last round)? Boutiques (especially Moelis) are known to be highly technical and I'm wondering if this will also be the case. Any info is helpful, thanks

Makes sense. I’d say I’m at a overall semi-target in northeast (mascot is a bird). Haven’t heard anything but following just in case
