Culture is good, people are friendly and HR organise lots of events. Lots of late nights but that's IBD... bonus was c.100% in last years but people expect that to be lower this year. Generalist at the analyst level and then you find a team as associate. The most popular teams are RX, TMT, Pharma & Life Sciences. RX has always been strong at Moelis with good exit ops (top tier PE + credit funds). TMT is sweaty but do cool deals e.g, 3 Vodafone and sometimes work w LA. P&LS recently hired co-head healthcare from MS so has v good deal flow and culture. Didn't really work with Equity Advisory so not sure
