If exits are the only things you care about + you want to be in NYC. Yeah take EVR i guess. If you want to do tech banking (or anything in tech) Q is much better

 

EVR is major leagues but Q is being a Top 10 draft pick. Take Q no question.

Okay, editing the post to make it sound like you were deliberating between Moelis and Evercore is pretty clever. Still, you have no reason to be this paranoid, nobody is going to pull your offer for an anonymous wso post.

 

People generally consider Evercore as a more prestigious bank though I’ve seen people take Moelis over Evercore due to personal reasons. In terms of tech practice, both experience should be similar as a lot of their deals are sponsor-backed sell side. Buyside opportunities should be similar as far as I know. Sounds like you have an offer from Qatalyst as well, which I think you should absolutely take; Q is the best firm if you want to do tech banking.
