His initials RR?

I got recruited by them to join his team last year. He no showed 2 straight zoom calls that were set up by his admin because he wanted to speak with me.  No email explanation before or after.  Just silence.

Bailed on the position. Hr head calls me to wonder why I'm not interested they really wanted me to strongly consider the team etc.  Told her straight up I'm not dealing with this guy if this is how he treats interactions with others.

Like i get people are busy and meetins overrun (and speaking with a lowly vp is not a priority) but you don't just ghost people you set up meetings with multiple times...

Initals RR? Was my brother's boss for 2 years at EVR--absolute dingbat. No idea how he keeps getting jobs--just saw he got canned, so bon voyage.

Just say the name at this point lol, simple google search "rr moelis" is enough to find the guy. Also guy can't update his Linkedin, still shows he's working for UBS and Evercore. Classic HBS alumni.
