More advanced valuation / Enterprise value vs equity Value practice
Anyone know of any resources to get some more reps and a better understanding of EV v.s. Enterprise Value and high level valuation in general? Read the BIWS guide but would love some other practice
Valuation, Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies. By McKinsey. This book goes in depth on valuation and has detailed explanations.
It also has an optional workbook with exercises and stuff.

This is overkill for interview purposes, but I would check out Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies if you’re bored. You will start understanding exactly EV is comprised of. Not just the equity value + net debt high level part.
If you haven’t taken a few finance classes the book may be kind of foreign.
You don’t need other resources ... not sure what you’re looking for, EV vs. EQ is a pretty straightforward one. If you got the 400 questions right the. You’re pretty much good to go.
