Morgan Stanley Early Insights program review?

Hi fellow monkeys,

i was invited to the ms lgbt early insights program, and im wondering if any of you had any experience with it. as in how was it, what happened during the day, how many people were there, how were interviews, did you receive an offer for the next summer. stuff like that would be much appreciated. thank you

I attended the early insights black, Hispanic, Latino earlier this month. It was good if yours follows the same scheduling as ours, the first day consists of just some panels and discussions as well as talking with some of the members of the team you are assigned to. The second day consists of the supers for the team you are assigned to. I was assigned to two teams and was fortunate enough to get SA offers for both but I know based on some people that also went and didn’t receive offers that the process is selective and mainly due to how well you fit with your assigned team.

thank you so much for the info. yea ours is different we only have one day in person and says virtual interviews will be arranged after. so im wondering how it differs from the women and hispanic/black early insights because ik yall have two. from what ive read im assuming its the same thing except we just have one less day? seems odd. so wondering if anyone has actually went to the lgbt one can comment here about their experience
