Morgan Stanley Financial Sponsors

I've looked through a lot of the WSO threads on MS FSG/FSGs in general and can't seem to find much congruent information. My general understanding of the group is that they do own the model and that the group is split between SF and NYC, with SF analysts also handling Industrial Technology. Can someone confirm this?

I'm also looking for more granular information on the group, such as the difference between exit opps and deal flow based on location, how they stack up to mid-tier BB FSGs (i.e. CS and BofA), whether SF analysts have historically exited to more "techy" PE roles because of the team's hybridized focus, if either of the groups tend to hire SA laterals, target schools for each location, etc.
