Morgan Stanley IBD regional offices
Let's say you start your IBD career at a satellite or regional office at Morgan Stanley. How easy or hard is it to transfer to the NY office?
Has anyone heard of an analyst doing this? If so, when can you make the move?

i know someone who transferred from the LA office... it's not hard...
Interested as well. I also want to know if it works the other way round (i.e. from NY to Paris/Tokyo/Milan) given that you speak local languages.
mobility at MS is pretty good from what I have seen.
