I have a 30mn phone interview at MS next week.
Do you know what kind of questions they ask ?
I mean, are these questions more about accouting (IS, BS, CFS), valuation (DCF, LBO,..) or more fit oriented ? ( I'm have a french background, don't know if it matters..)
And btw what is the exact process ? (screening, online tests, phone interview and ?)

Usually very focused on fit in London. French background doesn’t matter. Process is 2 phones interviews then AC.
Even though strong focus on fit, be very comfortable on basic accounting + basic valuation cause it’s not acceptable not to know the bare minimum.
