Morgan Stanley Sophomore IBD/GCM Rotational Internship
Hi all!
I was just wondering if anyone out there has heard back from Morgan Stanley regarding the Sophomore rotational program in IBD/GCM for Summer 09? I had a phone interview a few weeks ago, and my interviewer said that they would be getting back to me. I still haven't heard anything. For those that have had interviews, have you heard back from HR? Do you know where other people are in the process? Are they still interviewing?

there was a superday last tuesday hr mentioned on tuesday that they would be letting everyone know this week

One more question: Why did you think some people got superdays while others just had phone interviews? Do you think I have less of a chance of getting a second interview because I was not invited to the superday?

i'm not sure, did your interviewer let you know that your phone interview was a final round?
Hmm interesting.... He didn't say anything in regard to it being either a first round/final round interview. Although if I had to guess, I would say it was a first round interview simply because I don't think they would hire somebody simply by a phone interview. I was asked a lot of fit and technical questions, though. It just seems to be as though the candidates who went for superday had so much more of an edge then me who just had a phone interview.
