Motivation to work out after long days and short nights

Hey all, seeing a lot of WSO shade on shitposts, but I have a genuine question to ask. I'm an intern and I'm not used to being in office or maintaining sharpness for 13-14 hours of the day and by the time I get home I'm exhausted. I need to work out to stay healthy and put on some weight. However, the only time I'll get is in the morning, but I have no energy to do it. How do you guys make sure to get lifts in before/after work (my office doesn't have a gym).

I am a gym rat and I go almost every day, including the day of my CFA exams.

Wake up early and take the pre is the only way. Used to work out after work in my consulting days but had severe sleeping problem for taking the pre too late. If you take it in the morning, the caffeine + accelerated blood circulation would help you kick start your day.
