Moving groups after SA?

Hey guys, thoughts on asking to move groups in the same bank after my SA? A senior recently told me I've done great and will most likely get a return offer (they're giving out next week I think), but I don't love the work. I've tried to work hard and had great comments for my mid-internship review, but they might tell me to F off completely if I bring up potentially moving as they've had pretty high turnover after bonuses this season.

I could take the risk to interview elsewhere, but I've heard FT recruiting is a lot tougher, so I'm not sure how I'd fare.

Any thoughts on this?

Curious too. I’m gonna wait until an offer is given (assuming) and try to bring it up then. Whats the best way to do this?
