Manage about $20B. Offices in Philly (main), London and HK. About 25 in Philly. Allocation is 60% in Funds, 20% Co-investment and 20% Secondaries.

Recruiter contacts through a shotgun approach on Linkedin to anyone with relevant experience. You'll have an initial phone screen with HR to get your background and thoughts on the position. Then a phone interview with a more senior member and office interview with the team.

Hah, I'm trying to remember my reasoning from five years ago but I was probably saying that because it's a FoF role - fairly narrow in scope and relatively limited exits. I would say it's more interesting than most pure fund investing roles since you get co-invest/secondaries exposure. I hear they pay decently but work pretty hard. Office location isn't ideal out in the suburbs if that matters to you.
