MS EMEA Online Test Grading Scale

Hi all. Interested in learning about the different results categories for MS online tests.

I understand that the top score that you can get for numerical and logical tests is "performed well above the requirements". And that the next grade is you performed "in line with the requirements".

And for the SJT test the top result you can get is "very well aligned to this business unit"

Can anyone confirm if this is correct??

Took this last year and mine had a different format to what you are describing. Mine focused on three areas:

1. how easy/hard was it for you compared to others

2. how quickly did you complete the test

3. how accurate were you

Again this may have changed from what you have said.

Thanks for sharing this. Yes it changed this year to be as I described above but was previously like you described

I can confirm the one you mentioned are the top results, not sure about the others tho.

I did it 3 days ago and got well above the requirements in numerical reasoning, above the requirements in logical and somewhat aligned (I definitely fucked up) in SJT
