MSF to Break into IBD/Consulting?

Hi everyone, I'm an Electrical Engineering major at a top school in Canada. I'm about to finish my last year and only recently became extremely interested in pursuing IBD/Consulting route.

I'm thinking about applying to MSF programs to rebrand and jump back into the recruiting cycle and am thinking about the MMF program at McGill or UoT.

Does anyone have any advice/thoughts on these two programs, or any other recommendations? In addition, thoughts on doing a Masters in Finance from an engineering background?

Cheers
