Analyst 1 Full-Time / Graduate Program Recruitment Process.
Lending vs. Advisory Mandates: I'm a bit curious about whether the lending and advisory mandates are handled by the same team or if they operate separately within the division. Any information on how these areas interact and collaborate would be valuable.

Lending and advisory transactions are staffed across the junior pool and you will get exposure to both. Seen more advisory under natural resources vertical just because it’s a more advanced sector (in terms of capital raising process and the amount of capital needed, usually in the billions) and the senior team is very experienced.
