Have an interview with a boutique firm (~200 employees) coming up. I've spoken with a few people there. When asked "Why our firm?" can I recount details from these conversations ie "Well I spoke with John Doe, and he told me the culture is really blah blah", or should I keep it anonymous.

I would sprinkle it in casually, maybe 1-2 solid contacts.
It’s common if not expected to mention those with whom you have spoken
I mentioned the names of the people I talked to in the firm who I’d “let 'em eat my ass like a cupcake” but did not get the job
