Necessary REIB knowledge

I know different coverage groups like tech and hc have huge differences between valuations and obviously industry trends in general.

Was mainly interested in recruiting for REIB groups.. How can I best position myself for these groups? (in terms of knowledge/experience). I have had 2 IB internships already..
