Recently got a lateral offer for JPM’s regional coverage group. I understand it covers middle market companies. I’m looking for any insight on group culture, reputation and deal flow. Appreciate any advice.

“Timothy was very helpful in helping me structure a roadmap, both long-term and short-term. For instance, he provided a lot of information on how to find internships: using searchfunder.com, targeting wealth management, small private equity shops, and regional boutique investment banks. Additionally, he helped me prioritize the things I currently needed to work on, such as a 3.7+ GPA, and getting involved in case competitions and finance clubs on campus. The structure he provided me was very useful overall, and I will definitely work with Tim again! ”
