Need help
Sophomore at a state school target (UMich/UVA/Cal tier) accepted as a transfer to a few schools (Columbia, Penn Econ, UChicago) for junior year. Have a BB TMT SA offer for junior summer.
Goal is MF PE (Apollo, KKR) or elite HF (Citadel, Point72) after two years.
Questions:
1. Does transferring junior year with a BB offer complicate FT return offer? Anyone done this?
2. For MF PE / elite HF exits, does undergrad actually matter at the analyst level or is it purely bank + group + bucket?
Thanks
