Need Some Advice/Opinions
Hello Fellow Monkeys,
I need some advice about this company TRAC Financial Group (http://tracfinancial.com.au/). Can anyone explain what exactly this company does?
I have held two boutique investment banking internships that were TMT focused. Would this be a good opportunity to differentiate myself come recruitment time or just hurt myself because I went off the clear path I'm currently on which is working with TMT groups at boutiques? Note: I would like to work at as a banker within a TMT come graduation.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Glad to give out SB's for helpful advice.
Looks to me like they have a few business sections including a top down hedge fund(using macroeconomic and political news to drive investment positions), private wealth management, buy-side/sell-side corporate finance advisory, research etc.
I don't know anything about how this will help or hurt your track.
Seems like you haven't chosen which firm. What happened to the other one?
@Boss Man - Thanks for your observations. I just am not sure what to classify the firm as.
@RonaldBacon - I still have an offer from the other firm, but they deal within the real estate sector...not really what I'm looking to do.
