Need your help ! - Interview

So, having an interview soon the problem it’s the same role / title but this is a new company same industry how can I answer why you want to work here ( taking into account it’s exactly the same Position I currently have ?! Also my company is facing legal delisting from nasdaq downgraded to B+ according to first rating and has a skyrocket turnover !! What to do ? ) how can I ace this question ?!
