Networking: How to stay in touch

Over the course of my networking, I have had some really great conversations and enjoyed learning a ton from those with lots of experience. At a non target but have good EC's/experience/GPA.

For a BB I spoke to 6-8 or so people in one office for a specific program ranging from Analyst to Exective. I did this in the span of a few weeks/months right when applications opened for the program I'm targeting. I received very positive feedback, some of the people I spoke to told me directly they want to see me in that office and work with me.

However, this all happened a couple months ago. I believe the first wave of interviews for other offices went out recently (not sure about this one). What's the best way to reach back out to them and stay in touch? I want to keep the momentum going and make it clear I'm still interested without seeming too pushy.

Any tips/advice would be much appreciated! And if you don't have advice on my situation what are ways you keep people in your network updated?

Was just thinking about this yesterday, following. Every other time that I've done this it's been following up with other questions (but there's only so many questions you can ask until it gets very awkward) so looking for advice here too.

Agreed, in my experience it's felt forced but sometimes it feels like there isn't any other way to do it. Interested to hear what people say

This is something I am planning to do personally and gonna try a week or 2 from now. Bring up a topic from your last conversation. For example if someone at a coffee chat tells me they can introduce me to x in the future so that I can increase my network, I wait a couple of months and when I need to ask something I say: "I hope you've been well, yadayada, lately I became interested in y industry and I remember you told me X used to work at Z bank in that group." Once you get the ball rolling you can ask them how work is over at their group and if they have any seats open. This was the least awkward way I could think of since you're calling back on you're earlier convo and not starting a whole new one from scratch.
