Networking questions over phone?

Semi target sophomore here. I have a few phone calls set up with alumni at IBs to seek advice and hopefully get a resume push for SA 2020. I'm having a tough time figuring out how to go about these conversations.

I can tell my story fine, but what questions should I ask? Where should the conversation be left off?
