Never got response to schedule superday

I had a first round interview for an off-cycle position with a strong EB (EVR/CVP/PJT) two weeks ago. Got emailed last week that I had proceeded to the (virtual) superday and asked for my availability in the coming weeks. I responded that I'd have full availability Thursday and Friday this week. 

I didn't get a response to that mail, and emailed a follow-up yesterday, still not getting a response. Is it possible that they simply have already given out an offer and will just diss me now?
