Is New York Life a good/stable company to work for? I recently received an e-mail from a contact who is setting me up for an interview for an analyst-type position. Does anyone know the salary here for a first year analyst? Same as IB or no?

Not even close to the same salary. I almost worked for them last summer. It was way less than the prorated I was getting at the BB I worked at. But in consolation, depending, on where you work, the day to day to task will be interesting and fairly dynamic.
