Nice offices in LA

Havent seen a thread on this, but curious to hear which financial firms have the nicest offices in LA? I’d assume HL and Moelis are up there because of their big presences. Also hows century city compared to downtown? Do people actually get to enjoy being next to that big mall in century city?

Much rather be in Century City vs. Downtown. Yes, in CC, you're right next to that great (outdoor) mall that was recently refurbished, has great food choices -- both restaurants, and upscale food court... plenty of professionals go there for lunch. Also, it's right on border of Beverly Hills, so lot of action regarding other business, people-watching, dining. And your commute will most likely be shorter, CC all the way, all else being equal.

Not sure about any of the offices in DTLA, but mine was in Santa Monica off Wilshire Blvd and Ocean Ave....my god the morning views. Always made me jealous of the guys out in the water surfing at the crack of dawn, had to work east coast hours :/

Ran into some Guggenheim guys in the building (100 Wilshire), but think it was just an asset management arm of the firm for some fund. Mainly other small shops too, and financial advisory/wealth management.

The mall in century city is really nice, I live down the street. The best restaurant there closed unfortunately, but try out Dreamscape VR- it’s really fun. Javier’s is good too

Do most analysts that work in CC live in CC or more west? And since you live in the area any suggestions for places to look for apartments?
