No Cover Letter Section on Morgan Stanley Application
There is no slot to upload a cover letter on the MS application. Should you leave it off or attach it to the PDF with your resume?

Attaching a separate PDF cover letter won't hurt if you're allowed to attach multiple files. Unlikely it will help but you never know...
Don't be surprised at this, a lot of banks require you to send a cover letter only after being accepted into their shortlist, which was the case for Citi's Bright Network for example. I also heard that certain banks do not require a cover letter at all, I've seen this for one EB and they just require you to fill out fit questions on their website in a form (so I guess that sort of serves as a cover letter, since you answer every single question with what you would normally write in your cover letter)
Good if they don't. Cover Letters are generally 99% bullshit about how much you love their firm.
