Just got told by my mid tier BB (BofA/Citi/Barc) I wouldn’t be getting a return. Have heard FT recruitment is fucking brutal right now and most firms are looking for kids who got offers anyways. Anyone have insight on when the process runs and how it’ll work? Should I find analysts that’ll vouch for me? Is it just a sprint for the next couple weeks and then that’s it?
