Hello. I am currently a sophomore at a target for Nomura and wanted to get some insight from this page. What is the culture like at the firm, compensation, and return offer rate? I heard from an upperclassmen that Nomura cut their upcoming summer analyst class by half from last year. Is there any truth to this or just rumors?
