Which non-BB balance sheet banks (e.g. BNP Paribas, Soc Gen, Nomura, Mizuho, BMO, HSBC, etc) recruit MBA associates? Do they target specific schools?

Maybe his/her profile is less competitive for BB, but strong enough for those?
Hoping for better WLB. Also, long term I want to work on debt raises more than M&A and I think the work at these banks skew more to the debt side.
This. Know a non-MBA banker at a VP level from a semi-target undergrad at one of these banks and makes 400K+. Never worked sweatshop hours like what's often stated on here from other firms and has probably 7 figures in his bank account before turning 30.
a few of these had postings last year. BNP, Nomura Greentech, BMO, Santander, Citizens, Truist, I think HSBC as well. I imagine its penetrable if you are willing to do the networking. I didn't bother as much so only got an interview at one of these.
Do they come to any campuses or is it only networking/job posting-based?
