Non career-bankers: top & sweaty group or chiller but fewer deals

Suppose your end goal is to start your own company, and before that ideally you become a (senior) strategy manager/CFO/even COO of some not-that-damn-small startup and learn the ropes of a startup. You cannot care about PE exists less. HF/AMs are attractive but not your end goal either.

This choice is hypothetical:

Group A: top group at a solid/top bank with tons of deal flow. Sweaty AF and you probably get 10/365 days to rest. All front page deals. People are okay/meh. Culture is tight and intense.

Group B: not a top group, but a reputable bank. Deal flow is at least 2 tiers below Group A. People are nice but competent.

Which group would you choose and why? Suppose they pay roughly the same.
