Non NYC investment banking vs NYC M&A/Strategy Consulting
Was wondering if anyone can provide any insight into the pros and cons of both options. Currently working at a very (very) small boutique IB shop, and I have an offer to go move to NYC to work in M&A/Strategy consulting. Long term goal is to work at a larger NYC bank doing M&A.
