Non-standard IB process
I recently got a referral to a small coverage team at a BB. They immediately wanted me to interview with VP+Associate back to back. It was about 1.5 hrs. Another bit of info is that there was no job posting for a role on this team, they just gave me an interview.
Since this already isn’t a standard recruiting process, does anyone have any ideas on how this process might go?
Was that possibly my “superday”?
Zero idea what to expect. Any help would be appreciated.
There's really no way to tell with these processes. why didn't you ask about a timeline or next steps? My guess is you'll have an SD at a later date to meet more of the team.
