Non Target- Disadvantage for IB Summer Internship FT offer??

Hey Everyone,

I am interning for a mid tier BB this summer and come from a non target. I was wondering am I at a disadvantage coming from a non target when it comes to FT offers? The kids in my groups are mostly from ivy's and they have many summer analysts this summer 15+. I want to do anything to get the FT offer, but am worried that others will be looked at more (especially virtually) bc they are from an ivy? Any thoughts or experiences on this topic? Would appreciate any advice.
