Northwestern -> 30x Evercore

How the fuck is Northwestern routinely sending 6-8 ppl to EVR every year across PCA/M&A/RX for the last 4 years while also sending like 10x to BX and BOFA?

We knew it was a target but this is super-target behavior lol

Agree on Moe & Barc, but 2 kids from northwestern are returning to baincap PE full-time, blackstone pe + tac opps have northwestern pipelines and take yearly, and KKR’s last PE summer class was half northwestern (3 kids). Im a senior @ northwestern and we have extremely good buyside placement, not trying to hype the school up but its just true. Dont think its supertarget but defo very easy to get buyside or eb if you put in the effort.

Idt moelis is an indicator of anything ngl. Moelis generally hires from undergrad business schools more than your typical Ivy+. Mccombs Wharton Stern IU Kelley even they dominate their classes.

3 KKR PE doesn’t sound right tho?

Also KKR BX EVR GS MS happen to be the best firms in IB and buyside so even if they prefer the school that’s just insnae
