Hey,
I have a laptop where the camera is located at the bottom of the screen, so I am not making direct eye contact when I do hirevues like other candidates with normal positioned cameras. Is this a ding? Should I invest in a new laptop that doesn't have this issue? Thanks.

Just don't ogle yourself and instead look at the camera dude. I have a similar laptop and it's not a problem.
