Not Getting Response - How to Handle?

A couple weeks ago, I had a phone interview with a boutique and I feel it went well, overall. We had a good conversation and I was able to answer all the questions confidently. At the end of the interview, the person I was interviewing with said they would be getting back to candidates "shortly" and hinted that they often have second round phone interviews before Superday. A week later, I hadn't heard back, so I sent the person an email to inquire. I still have not received a response.

The next day, I had another phone interview with a BB and absolutely nailed it. The recruiter told me they felt I was qualified, and would be recommending me for a next round interview with XYZ (name of the person), and to send them an email the next day, to confirm. I sent the email and did not hear back for a week, so I called and left a voicemail at the end of last week. Still no response.

What do you recommend I do for each of these situations? Call the first one (boutique) and write another email to the recruiter from the BB?

send another set of emails and then wait if they dont get back to you again, then you dont have next round if you they, then you do have next round
