NY State legalizes recreational weed

Did anyone see the news about NY legalizing recreational weed? Does this affect drug testing for summer analyst positions?

I'd say don't risk it. Dispensaries won't be allowed to operate until 2022 at least, since the state is ironing out the regulatory framework
