I’m sure everyone is familiar with the new law in NYC forbidding companies from requiring new employees to submit to testing for marijuana. How will this affect the testing process? I assume banks can now only test for other substances in the pre-employment screen? Could there be an increase in screenings while employed as the legislation doesn’t directly affect that?
