You should be focusing on which has hotter girls/ better drinking scene since they are all solid schools
While there are no "Stern-only" OCR events (at least to my knowledge), students across NYU tend to joke about Gallatin. While you may be able to do some interesting stuff there and take some Stern classes, it will definitely be an uphill battle networking and recruiting. It's possible (there's gotta be at least a couple alums out there on Wall Street), but it'll probably be more of a challenge than you anticipate.
I don't know how UVA Econ compares to McIntire, but it might be a better option than Gallatin. Then again, you have the location advantage of NYC and with your experience (sounds as good as any UVA/Stern student), you might be fine.
Tough call, wish I could be of more help.
Just saw that UVA gave you a bunch of money. NYU won't give you that much. In my opinion, do UVA.
UVA, but double with something else, like math or stats. No one does only econ.

I hear UVA is a great balance of fun and recruiting.
Gallatin students also have last priority for registration. so while you can create your own major, you have to wait to get the classes you want, which, depending on how popular they are, can be difficult. however, as stvr said, there are no stern-only ocr events - everyone can go to everything. also note that if you choose gallatin, your major will not be "international finance as it relates to blah blah blah" or whatever, it will appear is individualized study or something. your CONCENTRATION will be the cool major you choose, but that won't appear on your transcript to the best of my knowledge.

UVA, Duke if you are admitted
You know NYU OCR is available to all right? There are Stern only events but that is only if you're in a Stern club/organization. For example, BAP has their own events and email listserv.
They are. Join IAG. It has some impressive recruiting events.
UVA. You'll have a much better student experience overall.
